Each Pásaka piece is made to order, carefully crafted from the personal data you provide and brought to life through a custom-designed process. The following policies are here to ensure clarity and trust as we turn your moment into a jewel.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using secure, trackable methods.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.

Processing time: Silver pieces ship within 3–4 weeks from the order date.
Gold pieces and special requests may take longer, we will notify you if so.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply in some countries. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges
Each Pásaka piece is made just for you, based on the specific data you enter.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If something isn’t right, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our process, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has entered production.

However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, just contact us as soon as possible.
If you believe you made a mistake in your submission, we may still be able to adjust it before production begins.

Custom Orders & Gift Cards
All Pásaka pieces are unique and created on demand.
As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Gift cards, once issued, are non-refundable, but never expire.
