Pásaka transforms meaningful moments into custom jewelry through a generative design process. All pieces are made to order, based on the personal data you provide. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal parental consent) to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is completed.
Prices are listed in the currency selected and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Pásaka reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (you will be refunded in full if so).

Custom-Made Products
Every piece is made uniquely for you based on the details you enter. This includes location, date, time, and story data. For that reason:
Orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this, production begins.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide with tracking.
Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
Customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our work:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

All content on the site, including images, logos, designs, and text is the property of Pásaka and may not be reproduced without written permission.
